1772 Foundation/Preservation CT Maintenance & Repair Grants for Private Nonprofits

Preservation Connecticut recently announced the 2025 round of the 1772 Foundation Connecticut Matching Grants for Historic Preservation. These awards provide up to $10,000 to non-profits (excluding churches, schools, and municipalities) for projects including exterior painting, finishes and surface restoration, fire detection, lightning protection, security systems, and building repairs.

Join Preservation Connecticut staff for an overview of the grant program, including information on previously funded projects and how to prepare a successful application.
